Siberian Ginseing is a natural energy boosting herb, from the Ginseng family of herbs these are revered and honoured herbs across many cultures.
Echinacea has been used across many cultures to boost immunity, modern research shows its efficacy, backing up centuries of traditional use.
Instructions: Close bag and shake well before each use.
For a teapot, use 3 teaspoons of herbs, for a mug use
one teaspoon and cover with boiling water. Steep for
10 minutes or longer, then strain before drinking.
Drink as required.
