Description
Instructions: Close bag and shake well before each use.
For a teapot, use 3 teaspoons of herbs, for a mug use
one teaspoon and cover with boiling water. Steep for
10 minutes or longer, then strain before drinking.
Drink as required.
Sleep Tea Ingredients:
Jasmine Flowers (Jasminum officinale) – dry herb, Valerian root (valeriana officinalis)- dry herb, He Huan Pi (Cortex albziae), Fu Shen (sclerotium Poriae cocos pararadicis) – dry herb.
