INGREDIENTS: Gan Cao Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis) , Marshmallow Leaf (Althaea Officinalis), Fennel Seed Organic* (Fructus Foeniculi), Chen Pi Organic* (Pepicarpium Citri Reticulatae), Dried Ginger Root Organic* (Rhizoma Zingeriberis), Gui Zhi (Cinnamon Cassia)*, Slippery Elm Bark Powder (Ulmus rubra), Gan Cao Licorice Root Extract Granule* 5:1 (Glycyrrhiza Uralensis Radix).

Made in Australia from local and imported ingredients. We suggest using 3g per cup, double for a super strong tea.

This tube of 110 grams will make up to 28 serves of tea. Each serve of tea can make 1 – 3 cups of tea:

Making the tea by pot? 

Put 3g (1 heaped teaspoon) per person in the teapot. Add boiling water and steep for at least 10 minutes before drinking. Try to keep the herbs touching the water over time and the tea will infuse over time and get stronger. Watch the videos below for more herbal tea making tips.

Making the tea by the individual cup? 

We suggest using 3g per cup. (1 heaped teaspoon). Use in a cup either pour through a strainer or tea-ball strainer with continuous infusion.

If you are really hammering your voice, or prefer a stronger taste, you can make a stronger brew by adding more herbs in your teapot or teacup.
