Lavender Essential Oil

Lavender is a popular oil for natural pain relief, relaxation, headaches etc.

For external use only.

Can be diluted with a carrier oil or applied directly, depending on skin sensitivity.

Use Ideas:

• place a few drops in a bath
• place 1/2 a ml (around 10 drops) to your washing load in the machine for a lavender fragrance laundry
• dilute in oil or lip balm to make travel balm, relaxation balm, headache balm. Use around 1ml per 10g of lip balm base.
