In winter, you can sleep most, according to the fundamental text of Chinese medicine, the Nei Jing (Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic of Chinese medicine).
Winter you can go to bed earlier and get up later. If you can’t do this during the week because of work, then give yourself some space to sleep in on the weekends.
